The prestigious Irish Council for Social Housing awards 2017 were presented at a gala dinner in Limerick last night to a crowd of 400 people. St. Michael’s Housing scheme won the award in the Housing for the Elderly category against stiff competition. John Hallinan and Maria Kelleher were there to collect the award together with Joe Davitt, Chairman of Regional Housing West, St. Vincent de Paul; Paula Kenny, National Manager for Social Housing and Specialist Services, St. Vincent de Paul and Paul Benson, Head of Housing, Mayo County Council. We are delighted to be picking up a second award for this scheme.
